The ramen was not great here but the mount fuji meal I tried at their Tin Shui Wai Branch was not bad. I decided to try their lunch set and chose the one with the most amount of protein. For this price, it is even a better value. The salad and soup is included as well, unlike the Mount Fuji set. For this price, it is even a better value. The salad and soup is included as well, unlike the Mount Fuji set. The steak and pork were quite tender and the portion is more generous compared to the Mount Fuji set. It wasn't seasoned much which was great for me as I don't want it to be too salty. There are plenty of seasonings on the table you can use.

母親大人忽然好鍾意食牛肉,所以今日就帶左佢去荃灣新領域廣場食日式牛扒。舖頭就正位於天橋口,鋪頭嘅裝修同運作同,日本一樣。牛扒分唔同級數,由五六毫子到個幾一克,每克去計錢,最少叫200克。所有嘅肉都係即點即比錢,即磅即切即整,一定新鮮。我地就叫左一個300克加拿大肉眼扒同300克嘅着美國西冷扒肉眼扒。肉眼扒叫左5成熟,食得出肉質好嫩,切嘅時候唔需用大大力,然之後用高達300度嘅鐵板再煎一煎,再加少少海鹽 ,入口充斥住滿滿嘅牛肉味,食肉獸大滿足。美國西冷扒就叫咗三成熟。牛肉同脂肪嘅比例十分平均。三成熟對我黎講就完美,食落仲有好多肉汁。肉質方面就結實啲,相對有咬勁。加多30蚊就可以追加三樣野,可以揀白飯,嘢飲或者沙律等等。一份扒300 克都已經好夠食,所以只追加一份就夠。幾中意佢地每克計,咁樣做有好彈性好多。出門口嘅時候見到有好多午餐套餐都好似幾吸引,希望下次有機會再試。

之前曾經見過有一間..一直好想試吃,終於有時間去試試吃…入去環境..好彩人都不多,是下午4點..我們遲吃飯,估晚上很多人…周圍看看在眼前窗邊內有肉品可選邊肉包括牛柳、牛板鍵、肉眼…等等不同既部位..要揀好肉,職員會人手切幾多比幾多錢同埋磅重就埋單..e.g: 1g=HK:$0.71 要切左幾g..,價錢不同..

1. 牛柳 300g $171 (套餐+$30)
我點餐…wow..呢個肉真是好厚切,切落肉放在石鐵板上面加落蒜蓉..(有三種配料三選一: 青蔥、生洋蔥、蒜蓉),滋滋聲…熱下至熟左再加沾醬汁 我試試食落感覺有肉加蒜蓉好吃..有肉汁夠味,另外套餐包括-麵鼓湯+飲品

2. 封門柳200g $158 (套餐+30)
他點餐..本來他諗住揀櫻花丼,還改揀封門柳,我試試吃這個封門柳..加落沾醬汁咬一淡這個肉真好軟..這個好岩我吃..非常好軟..

好早期呢間餐廳開張時食過一次丼飯但覺得佢啲燒牛肉質素一般 見好耐無食,諗住再去試多次睇下有無改善啦~lunch time依家會有部分丼飯有套餐優惠可以配 麵豉湯/沙律/飲品 (3選2)今次試下佢個石鍋牛肉烏冬🍜烏冬既出餐時間比起飯類會耐少少相信係因為要整熱石鍋所以食到最尾都keep到個烏冬熱辣辣👍🏻烏冬無煮過淋,湯底ok唔會過鹹 (起碼食完唔駛係咁飲水)牛肉份量都幾多,正常肥牛質素可能本身對佢無期望,所以食完覺得有驚喜不過價錢黎講算係唔平,大約都70蚊一個餐而且餐廳係自助服務(取餐&食完還TRAY)但間唔中天氣凍時再黎食個熱烏冬都係唔錯既選擇😆

烏冬既出餐時間比起飯類會耐少少
相信係因為要整熱石鍋
