To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我和P大人晚上唔想煮又唔想食飯，想去食米線的一夜，近近地去長發譚仔試下。我地都係第一次黎呢間店，入坐時我好驚訝，竟然咁大間咁多位!!呢度既店員比平時係旺區既店友善。今晚想刺激d，我呢個清湯人士要試十小辣...!!炸醬腩肉十小辣米線，樣子唔錯!食落有d麻辣既感覺其實都幾過癮架喎!腩肉都比平時出面食開既好食!P大人就要左豬潤三小辣米線，佢話都ok，不過咸左d。仲有三隻土匪雞翼，新鮮熱辣整出黎，不過呢個都係咸左dd。
