To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滿心歡喜咁四日前就打電話預訂咗蜜燒黑豚肉叉燒，因為見寫到明要至少一日前留定。點知去佢個侍應話我哋太遲訂，我話我至少都兩、三日前訂架喎，佢仲要答返我見係寫住當日日子咁低級嘅錯誤都可以發生，十分失望！其實佢直接同我講，唔好意思咁啱賣晒我可能仲冇咁嬲！其他食品都冇傳聞中咁驚為天人，有啲仲偏油同咸咁嘅價錢性價比麻麻地，都係為名號同景觀嘅。公道地說，環境確實不錯，窗口位景觀一流，同埋每樣菜色都係熱上，食得出即叫即造。我本身被安排到中間嘅枱，當窗口位客人走左執好枱之後，waiter都有主動offer窗口位俾我哋，同埋都會主動幫客人斟茶/加水，呢樣又做得唔錯。最後送咗甜品作為結尾，分別係曲奇同埋紫薯糯米糍。
