To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日預早慶祝囝囝生日,book咗將軍澳皇冠假日酒店尚厨食Dinner Buffet,有85折Couple每個人折咗都要五佰幾,人哋話週圍的Buffet平咗,但將軍澳區,佢都唔算平,但希望有啲驚喜。當6:30開始食,攞嘢食條龍好亂又多人,因為地方細,攞食物地方一排過,攞沙律又畀攞海鲜的人阻住,場面好混亂。枱上有幾張card話有啲食物轉頭有服務員遞畀你,order個類似龍蝦海鮮湯,等咗20分鐘都未有人攞嚟,出去問阿姐仲要等幾耐,佢冇幫我睇,一味話轉頭攞過嚟,等都甜品都食埋,最後有個黑衫的經理遞碗海鲜湯嚟,試一啖係凍,問番佢哋,厨房阿叔話放咗好耐冇人攞,所以就係咁的一吐氣,食物冇水準,服務又差,以後都唔會去。
