服務差，以佢地價格定位黎講完全唔入流。事源今晚佢個同事倒瀉成碗湯落我同我女朋友件外套，服務員冇幫手企咗喺度，只係講唔好意思，怕我地追究；要我叫佢先識攞紙巾過嚟俾我哋用。過咗5分幾鐘，經理仲可以完全唔知發生咩事，我地企起身抹咗成幾分鐘佢望都冇望過，要我過去同佢講佢先知，佢就講句唔好意思，話我睇唔到（你睇唔睇到關我咩事），完全無認真同我地去處理問題，一味去話佢同事。之後有個好似老闆/高層既人出現左，個經理就同佢匯報，佢又去照個伙記肺，完全冇過嚟我地張枱道歉或者了解。最後搵個個細路女過黎埋單，免左杯酒錢當了左件事，好失望完全冇管理層有膽有承擔去面對自己同事做錯既事。好可惜我哋幾鍾意佢哋嘅食物都冇辦法再番去食，因為服務水平實在太過唔入流。Bad serviceTerrible service considering the cost of that restaurant. Bad service
Terrible service considering the cost of that restaurant. One of their waitress pull a bowl of soup to my girlfriend’s jacket and also some on my shirt, worse thing is she didn’t even know and trying to just walk away? I called her out and all she did was stand there, apologize and not even trying to help us nor get us some towel until I asked her to; the floor manager didn’t even notice the whole thing happened even after the both of us been standing there cleaning ourselves up for a couple minutes, I walked toward him and he said was “I’m sorry I didn’t see that.”. No one come to our table after the whole thing for a proper apology or at least try to understand the whole situation. After a while a man who looks like some kinda restaurant owner shows up and the manager start explaining the whole thing to him and all they do is giving that waitress “the talk” yet no one giving us an explanation or at least try to communicate with us after this kinda incident.
At the end they just send some random young girl to our table, take care of the check and she said they are giving us some free drinks like we care of it. I told that girl the fact that your superiors send you to my table instead of coming to us themselves, it’s very disrespectful and most importantly irresponsible and I feel sorry for her to have to work with people like them.
I guess all I wanted to say was, we are very disappointed about how their management people handle the whole situation, even more than the fact that that waitress pull that bowl of soup to us.
No one have the guts to face the customer (us) after one of their staff screw things up. I don’t think that’s a good kind of leadership but that also explain the poor service of that place. Sadly we will never go back to that place.
