Restaurant: Grove Sandwiches
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

發現GROVE出現在荔枝角區，即去支持一下，選個沙律做午餐，點餐時雪柜裡的煙三文魚牛油果沙律售完，店員說會立即為我做一份，心想very good，應該會更新鮮點，$39一份沙律，份量少是預計之內，二大片烟三文覆蓋了下面的牛油果&沙律菜，看上去都頗吸引吧。沒想到...... 回到公司用餐時才發現，牛油果是用了黑色已壞/熟透/有異味的部份(如圖)，肉眼看也能分辨是出了問題吧! 份量約1/4個牛油果，若是放雪柜久了變黑還可以說得過去，但這份是即做的沙律菜，怎可能明明知道是有問題的生果還用來做菜!! 這次經驗完全破壞了我對GROVE食物水準的信心!
