Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假就緊係想食下好野 唔想再食平時既茶記喇知道佐敦內街學校附近有間日式小舖 就揀左呢個吉日去試下喇見到餐牌咦 幾抵喎 鰻魚飯都係148就要試下喇熱情既老闆就同我地解釋佢點樣去烹調講真148蚊我expect 係食交貨果種急凍鰻魚架咋點知老闆就同我地講 佢係自己每日去街市度買靚食材再自己調配啲鰻魚汁咁我就更加期待喇之前有食過香港有名既鰻魚飯 我覺得最多話佢地係抵食 都又未去到好驚為天人咁因為食得出係雪藏野一上個飯就見到條鰻魚係切左一舊舊再燒既所以係勁香口外脆內熱少啲功架都做唔到Highly recommend 呢度既鰻魚飯呀!!
