To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚嚟咗呢度食飯啦，自從呢度裝修過之後呢我都未入過嚟。以前呢我都係呢間餐廳嘅常客。同朋友呢就試咗一個三文魚刺身飯，佢就食咗個牛肉蛋飯。我覺得佢今次做得好好呀，佢個三文魚飯呢係超平$118呢加多$10呢就可以包套餐呢有湯啊有菜啦有甜品啦仲有杯飲品覺得佢超好味。她仲加多咗一個雞軟骨同埋炸魷魚🦑。我諗她真係好飽。食完個三文魚飯呢佢話剩返少少要叫佢魚湯做飯漬。而且佢仲有優惠價$29就可以加刺身。佢做到比以前平咗好多。刺身飯有三種食法，可以落蛋可以落湯可以落Wasabi好有趣。☺而且佢個雞軟骨同埋炸魷魚都做得好金黃。️
