To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗試間幾出名嘅排骨麵店，試左嗰菜膽牛腩排骨麵～排骨分量頗多，成塊排骨有一個手掌咁大，而且佢個粉漿唔會話太厚，食落去都幾脆口。雖然感覺都係一早炸定，食落亦都唔會特別凍，而且完全唔冇覺得佢口感變差左。整體而言成個排骨都好好食！菜膽食落去感覺好鮮嫩，值得推介！牛腩就唔算特別話有驚喜，食落去感覺肥瘦均勻，但係個人認為份量就比較少，算係不過不失啦！另外值得讚嘅係嗰啲面，個人覺得咬落去好煙韌，食落去口感好正！整體而言呢間野都推介大家去試吓！菜膽牛腩排骨麵HKD$40
