To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日到訪位於上環一間人氣海南雞飯店紅磡亦有分店聽聞平日好早賣曬㗎😆招牌海南雞油飯 $66雞超滑，肉嫩，沒有血水，皮下沒有太多脂肪，唔愛好雞皮嘅我也可以連皮食，果然名不虛傳💯💯💯泰式蝦餅 $39炸到金黃色，香脆彈牙網紋蝦春卷(4件) $50同樣出色，香脆可口套餐跟椰子雞湯(送完即止)或熱飲或花茶。整體而言，性價比超高，價錢便宜，食物美味，唯獨美中不足是試唔到椰子雞湯，到訪時已經售罄，鍾意海南雞飯嘅朋友們有機會要試試啦😉
