To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去開長沙灣，記得有人推薦過呢間竹昇麵，就去試吓啦~叫左🍤蝦球蝦籽麵同埋🍖牛腩豬手麵🐟炸魚皮和🥬腐乳通菜。自己一向都好鍾意食麵，但對麵質都幾有要求，少少淋都唔鍾意🙅🏻‍♀️呢個麵真係好爽口彈牙！有蛋香、無梘水味令我好難忘🤩蝦籽都好多🦐蝦球大大隻都幾爽口。牛腩同豬手煮得好入味😋炸魚皮炸得勁脆口，開聲聽你就聽到~而且無油味，食落係清爽，唔會覺得油膩👍🏻可能價錢黎講係長沙灣唔算話好平，所以星期六下午都無乜人，但係我係會想返轉頭再食嘅～🦄 #kelly_discovery 😋 #kellydiscovery_food

呢個麵真係好爽口彈牙！有蛋香、無梘水味令我好難忘🤩蝦籽都好多🦐蝦球大大隻都幾爽口。

牛腩同豬手煮得好入味😋炸魚皮炸得勁脆口，開聲聽你就聽到~而且無油味，食落係清爽，唔會覺得油膩👍🏻

可能價錢黎講係長沙灣唔算話好平，所以星期六下午都無乜人，但係我係會想返轉頭再食嘅～
