To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過依間餐廳,以前返學成日都去食,係一間又好味又抵食嘅米線餐廳。由第一次食依間就返唔到轉頭,好開心可以去食,平時食飯時候都好多人,就知道佢好受歡迎。講真個句,依過咁多間米線店,雲桂香嘅紅薯粉係最好味,食落唔會好淋,仲好入味,吸曬湯汁,非常好食。今次叫左豬軟骨小鍋紅薯粉少辣,湯式又酸又辣,非常開胃,湯底仲有肉碎。佢嘅肉碎好好食,都有辣味。而豬軟骨係鹵水,同個湯底都好夾。今次都叫左麻辣海帶絲,平時好少見到依個組合,佢係用紅油淋上海帶絲,同個海帶絲好配,海帶都好爽口。
