To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晨早流流去機場接國內朋友機，肚仔餓，火速就地搵嘢食，於是乎嚟到呢度。番茄－有啲太生，感覺只係灼咗一吓，我比較上鍾意稔身少少。牛角包－暖身，鬆軟大個，唔會太油，不過不失。煙肉－鹹味適中冇煎燶。蛋－我鍾意爆汁蛋，以牛角包點蛋汁色，份外惹味。長通粉－有淡淡忌廉蘑菰湯嘅味道，蘑菰鮮香，長通粉稔而不爛。熱烈推介呢個！吐司－平凡。飲品－正常。
