To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去左YOHO mall間翡翠拉面小籠包,比我想像之中好味,原來佢係米芝蓮三星餐廳。我地兩個人食左幾款野食，覺得質素都唔錯。欣賞佢有個電子落單系統，可以加自己要求，例如紅油抄手可以個醬汁另上。特別推薦佢嘅擔擔麵，湯底係好濃好杰嘅汁，中意花生醬味重嘅朋友一定要過黎試。不過有少少過咸，但我覺得個麪都係出色嘅。另外去佢個炸銀絲卷係一流無得輸，一定要食。佢個雲吞雞湯係好熱好足料嘅，都對得住68蚊既價錢。奶油津白同埋紅油抄手就一般啦。呢排做緊匯豐信用卡優惠有折，兩個人食夾埋400蚊有找，都算性價比高。
