To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好好味既芝士米線

平日好少食譚仔，因為覺得譚仔=好辣，對於唔係好食得辣既我真心怕怕，不過每當經過門口見到promotion 米線張相幾靚仔又會想去食下。上次食過蠟筆小新個米線辣到死無下次，今次見到呢個芝士泡菜既撈米線又心思思想試，始終芝士同泡菜我都好中意食。大熱天時真係唔會食譚熱，因為諗到碗湯米線熱辣辣就無晒胃口。不過呢個撈既而且又有芝士又有泡菜，就試下佢啦。叫左呢個烤豬柳芝士泡菜撈米線唔辣，加$3有凍熱飲。個樣真心幾靚仔，芝士醬好夠，撈埋一齊真心好味，芝士撈就係應該呢個味，可以再食😆同場加餸豬肚辣到喊不過都幾惹味既。
