To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在北角玩,男朋友想食日本菜,於是在附近搵都搵唔到心水,一直行,行到炮台山就比較多吸引少少的日本餐廳。炮台山比北角闊落啲,感覺都輕鬆啲。門口望落好普通咁,但其實入面都幾骨子!星期六12:30,人客唔算多,坐得幾舒服。前菜兩小客午市menu選擇唔多,不過相信都係專注出精品。最後我們揀咗1號同2號餐~(無飲品的)男朋友的2號餐:藍鰭吞拿魚刺身配冷蕎麥。吞拿魚都幾新鮮,好有嚼勁,而冷蕎麥麵條條分明,好食!我的1號餐:日式豬扒(特選沖繩豬)配熱烏冬。個烏冬好好食!望下塊豬扒,下面係瘦肉而上面有肥膏,配合食,好好食!外層的炸料又夠薄,唔會食到口乾!食到一半覺得邪惡就可以咬下蕃茄同青瓜,好爽口好清新~個醬食唔出咩黎,都幾得意。推薦♥️
