放工約了同事去銅鑼灣食飯,同事帶了我去食日式串燒,餐廳有雞、牛、豬串燒外,還有些烏冬及飯等,另外還有多款清酒及啤酒,一邊飲酒,再配串燒,簡直一流。白鱔:燒至皮脆肉爽,白鱔新鮮彈牙。蛋黃漬免治雞肉棒:雞肉棒夾上蛋黃漬,濃郁蛋香令雞肉增添風味。雞冠:第一次食雞冠,十分爽口。雞掌心:去掉了雞骨,只剩下雞皮及筋位,略有咬口。雞尾:燒出大部份的雞油,雞尾香脆但不會太乾,保留了少許雞油香。雞胸軟骨:軟骨位連少許雞肉,爽口之餘又有雞肉嫩滑。雞心:比雞肉略硬,但味道完全無肉內臟血腥味,反而有點似雞肉。惠比壽炭火親子丼:雞肉有陣陣炭火焦香,加上洋葱、菇及蛋,送飯一流。雞湯:一定要飲這個雞湯,整隻雞的精華全都落入雞湯內,鮮味十足。
