今日朋友帶我來鳥森食午餐,原來呢度係專門食不同雞肉部位的串燒!我點了個lunch set,裡面包括5款的串燒,其中包括雞翼,蛋王免治雞肉棒,雞腿肉,雞胸軟骨和冬菇。套餐會餐湯,沙拉,茶碗蒸及飲品。沙律清甜開胃,茶碗蒸的雞蛋也很嫩滑,非常暖胃。跟住就到串燒部分:雞翼都燒得外脆內嫩,咬落去依然保持肉汁,雞腿肉啖啖肉之餘完全不會鞋口。雞胸軟骨:燒軟骨食得多,雞胸軟骨都是第一次食!,軟骨很有咬口,雞肉嫩滑味道道和口感都不錯。冬菇:冬菇多汁調味雖然簡單但味道清甜美味最期待的蛋王免治雞肉棒是配上米飯一起的,完全不怕食唔飽!燒到香噴噴免治雞肉棒沾上蛋黃醬後食落味道會更温和,肉質會更為嫩滑,配上飽滿的日本珍珠米非常滿足。
