To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✨ 想食「燒肉LIKE」好耐，今日同朋友專登過嚟北角匯試呢間一人燒肉店，店內格局好日系而且開揚唔侷促，同朋友坐低叫咗兩個Set. ***** ***** ***** ***** 🥩墨魚&牛五花&牛板腱配喇沙醬套餐迷你沙律木魚絲紫菜蛋飯（溫泉蛋）和風湯津路烏龍茶🥩牛小排&牛板鍵套餐泡菜木魚絲紫菜蛋飯（溫泉蛋）和風湯伊藤園綠茶最近推出咗期間限定「墨魚&牛五花&牛板腱配喇沙醬」套餐，係南洋風Mix日式燒肉，燒墨魚＋燒肉配喇沙醬組合好新鮮！配上木魚絲紫菜蛋飯係我至愛，脆鹹香嘅紫菜配晶凝通透嘅日本白米飯認真一流。其他牛品都唔錯，牛味十足、油而不膩、色澤均勻，食落細緻軟綿。總括來說，肉嘅份量好足，CP值好高，環境又舒服，食完已經即刻望望其他分店地址，諗定下次食邊間。
