To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天行完魔鬼山，下午行到去鯉魚門，肚餓要補充下能量。見到海鮮街呢間銀龍茶餐廳，幾多人好熱鬧，心想應該不錯，咪入去試下。見每枱都有叫奶茶同腐乳西多，咪問下美女店員乜係腐乳西多，女店員好好禮貌，介紹完我立即試下。杯熱奶茶好正 ! 又滑又有濃香茶味 ! 比而家啲冰室奶茶有茶味好多。腐乳西多，未食前有啲擔心味道，點知食落好好味 ! 真是有創意同心思。食飽飽，見到隔離枱的人叫了紅豆冰同餐蛋麵，聽到佢地話好好味，下次嚟到一定要試埋
