To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友食lunch, 第一次慕名而黎,我地叫左叉燒包,腐皮卷,蘿白糕,糯米雞,燒賣,蝦菜蛟同埋鬆糕,我最鍾意個鬆糕,吾太甜好好味,燒賣有肥豬肉,我個人吾鍾意肥豬肉所以覺得麻麻,叉燒包比較甜,食一個就夠,腐皮卷無乜特別,蘿白糕好多蘿白絲呀!! 不過細件左d,糯米雞就好大舊,食吾曬有d side野添,價錢比九龍2間貴,但lunch都算等得耐,如果多時間都會再黎既!
