To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特登上網搵好食既沙嗲牛肉麵，就搵咗呢一間，港島區同冇乜嘢選擇。好耐未嚟過熟食中心，suprise 啲位都幾闊落,， 冷氣又涼又唔迫人。講返野食，沙嗲味夠，有少少花生香，牛肉又淋，我仲忍唔住飲左好多湯，凍奶茶夠凍茶味又夠，十分好飲。啲姐姐都好有禮貌。雞翼個皮雖然硬左少少，但新鮮炸脆卜卜都唔錯。三樣野$49算係抵食，食完覺得好滿足。應該會再encore，very good. 我見人地叫牛治，同沙嗲牛肉飯，下次可以試下。
