今日同同事收工黎大坑試左呢個品嘗四人宴$1580 四人餐,食物品質幾好,呢個餐共有9道菜,睿海前菜三品每晚配搭不同,今日分別有海蜇、炸豆、同埋梅子涼瓜,為呢餐盛宴揭開序幕時令燉湯火喉十足,滋潤無比豉椒炒花甲,啲花甲食得出好新鮮,餐廳中央有個大魚缸,好多海班、龍蝦等生猛海鮮,花甲豉汁炒味道一流柚子脆蝦球有驚喜,應該都係新鮮撈魚缸啲蝦即炸,柚子醬汁更加提昇蝦嘅鮮甜蒜片和牛粒,係入口即溶嘅日本和牛,用中式煮法處理和牛別有一番風味,感覺唔會好漏當紅炸子雞應該係我食過咁多間中菜廳做得最好嘅,個皮真係好脆好香,肉嫩滑,半隻4人食份量剛好食完啲濃味嘅菜式,黎個杞子雲耳菜苗清清味蕾,雖然係雲耳菜苗,但個湯係魚湯黎,食得出師傅嘅心思櫻花蝦瑤柱蛋白炒飯,老少咸宜,好香口最後是日甜品係紫米露,為呢一餐劃上完美句號下次一定會再屋企人黎試!
