To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小雨天, 自葵芳首間分店開已有幫襯, 昔日食肆不太多, 小雨天算是飯堂之一, 想不到, XX年後仍然可以屹立不倒。近日多在荃灣食飯, 要在荃灣搵一間坐得耐的食店都唔易。有時我覺得環境比食物更重要, 有D食完趕你走咁滯既真係唔多想食。眾所周知, 荃豐直入的地方, 都有好幾間人氣食肆, 排曬隊咁, 筆者就至怕, 誤打誤撞比我發現佢地既樓上, 竟然有間小雨天。可能我每次去的時間都唔係食飯PEAK HR, 通常係6PM-7PM, 呢個重係下午茶時間呀, 有野飲送, 所以我至鐘意呢個時間黎, 無咩人, 你坐幾耐都得, 重有個電視, 冷氣都夠, 所以近黎都幾鐘意。至於食物方面, 你問我, 不過不失啦, 係咪個隻: 嘩, 好好味呀, SORRY, 唔係。但又未至於我下次唔會黎。今日我叫左個米線, 雞肉+腩肉, 都唔錯的, 好味, 雞肉都肥美, 腩肉就略厭廋了一點。如果冬天, 我通常會食湯飯。
