Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🐲放肆的一餐由山頂經寶雲徑行落灣仔，我同朋友到日街覓食，黎到Blend & Grind，係轉角位既鋪仔，地方不算大，只有Bar 枱，但坐得好舒服、好chill。我地分別叫了朱古力香蕉班戟和手撕豬肉Egg Benedict 😍兩個都好好食Chocolate banana pancake 三層班戟質感厚實 唔算太甜 有濃濃既香蕉味 每層中間夾有香蕉蓉 上面既可可粉粉中和左甜味 而每塊pancake 都有朱古碎 口感豐富🤤而手撕豬肉Egg Benedict 以酸種麵包為底 配上少少辣既手撕豬肉 牛油果 好惹味又唔會膩 份量豐富😋
