Lava今日同朋友去到尖沙咀食一間西班牙餐廳Lava, 佢係一間酒吧加餐廳,所以入到去燈飾會比較昏暗,氣氛會比較有情調, 仲會有一排吧枱比客人飲酒。我地叫咗兩樣野食當係頭盤,第一樣叫既係馬薩拉炸雞髀仔。 埋到枱既時候已經聞到香味,食落去外脆內軟, 醬料已經 喺晒啲雞髀仔上面, 餐廳用既係薄荷醬,同炸雞好夾, 食落去都唔會好肥膩。 第二樣叫既係炸魷魚配青檸辣椒, 同樣都係會食到鬆脆既外層,之後入面既魷魚都好爽口有口感, 呢樣菜嘅配料係沙律醬, 同成個炸物好配合, 趁熱食就一流。之後我地係主食方面叫咗一個古巴三文治配火箭菜 , 佢係由慢煮豬肉,火腿同埋芝士合成, 豬肉食落去有少少似吞拿魚, 所以會食得出好濃郁既肉味, 呢種味道同芝士好夾,加上烘左既麵包做外層, 口感就會更加鬆脆。 第二樣主食係西班牙藍蝦加大蜆燴飯, 雖然個名係叫燴飯,但係佢係以西班牙風格去煮,所以食落去會比較似炒飯, 口感亦都會更加煙韌, 味道都食得出係由濃郁既醬料煮。 蜆肉都好新鮮,而且食得出係有時先用火槍或者炭燒,所以鮮味亦都特別出。 雖然蝦肉無咁濃郁,但係口感亦都好爽甜,同燴飯好配合。
