今日同朋友黎食吓呢間都幾有名嘅Grill,一入門口就發現佢非常之特別嘅裝修,燈光好柔和,枱同枱之間又隔得遠,夠晒私隱度。我地叫咗個sharing menu for two,總共有8個course, 唔洗諗第一道菜係crab and lobster bisque, 一上枱就聞倒好大陣龍蝦味,飲落口順喉得黎又唔會太濃,一食就知係真龍蝦整出黎。加埋一絲絲蟹肉,好有口感Tuna steak配咗一啲果粒,好鮮味嘅感覺。份量好慷慨,一人有五塊,食完好滿足焗生蠔係用嘅芝士好香,唔係淨係得拉絲效果。但做得好好嘅食倒好鮮嘅生蠔味,冇俾芝士搶咗Foie Gras係用咗焦糖汁去煮嘅肥肝,個汁非常之咁惹味,好有日式嘅感覺。個肝配呢個汁同溫泉蛋食,一啲都唔heavySeasonal Clams 見倒個白色汁仲以為係普通嘅忌廉汁,點知係用咗lemongrass同薑去煮,好新鮮嘅味道Lobster 好香好香好香,舊肉大大舊又多汁,蝦鉗已經輕輕破開咗,方便食用,好細心Dry aged greater ohama striploin 配咗四川汁嘅菜。先講個菜,個四川汁係好重花椒香味,但平時唔係好食得辣嘅我都完全冇問題,

Dry aged greater ohama striploin 配咗四川汁嘅菜。先講個菜,個四川汁係好重花椒香味,但平時唔係好食得辣嘅我都完全冇問題,仲食唔停口,好順口。個牛下面有白色嘅蒜泥,配埋一齊食,好吊得出牛嘅肉味。果然係靚野
最後由甜品作結,心太軟係新鮮焗起,流心程度完全夠,朱古力好夠甜。後面嘅檸檬撻好醒胃,為豐富嘅晚餐消一消滯。
今次呢餐真係食得好滿足,黎慶祝節日真係岩晒!
