天氣涼涼地想食粥,係旺角見到呢間由元朗發圍既雞粥店,決定黎試一試!✨貴妃雞粥緊係要試下呢到既雞粥。貴妃雞用左藥材同花雕黎整,所以食落有淡淡既藥材味同酒香,肉質嫩滑。而粥煮得非常綿密,加上雞油變得好香口!✨魷魚鬚離遠已經聞到超香!外層炸衣唔算厚,但炸得十分香脆。魷魚鬚每條都好粗,夠彈牙,而且有事先醃過既微微鹹味,以及魷魚本身既甜味。點上喼汁非常解膩開胃~✨脆皮乳鴿乳鴿本身已經滷得好入味,而外層炸得好香好脆,食既時候會滲出微甜香氣,鴿肉嫩而不乾,咬落口有充斥住肉汁。✨炸兩炸兩即叫即整,用左新鮮炸起既油炸鬼,同熱辣辣既腸粉,所以外滑內脆。腸粉皮夠薄,點少少豉油都好夠味。不過一定要趁熱食,如果唔係就好快冧哂啦

緊係要試下呢到既雞粥。貴妃雞用左藥材同花雕黎整,所以食落有淡淡既藥材味同酒香,肉質嫩滑。而粥煮得非常綿密,加上雞油變得好香口!

✨魷魚鬚
離遠已經聞到超香!外層炸衣唔算厚,但炸得十分香脆。魷魚鬚每條都好粗,夠彈牙,而且有事先醃過既微微鹹味,以及魷魚本身既甜味。點上喼汁非常解膩開胃~

✨脆皮乳鴿
乳鴿本身已經滷得好入味,而外層炸得好香好脆,食既時候會滲出微甜香氣,鴿肉嫩而不乾,咬落口有充斥住肉汁。

炸兩即叫即整,用左新鮮炸起既油炸鬼,同熱辣辣既腸粉,所以外滑內脆。腸粉皮夠薄,點少少豉油都好夠味。不過一定要趁熱食,如果唔係就好快冧哂啦
