Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

俾佢個日式設計吸引咗入去，可能太早，得一枱客，成班waiter 坐喺度吹水，得一個waiter 做嘢，以為有d 伏，好在d 嘢食救返～～我點咗個慢煮和牛便當，和牛嘅生熟程度啱啱好，令肉質軟身得嚟又好重牛味，上面加隻日本蛋，撈埋底嗰d 汁一齊食，蛋香令成個牛肉飯嘅香味昇華，連我平時唔太鍾意食飯嘅都食晒成碗飯，便當嘅其他配搭都好出色，個湯好足料，有菇同蜆，所以鮮味十足， 本身已經好飽，但都忍唔住點埋個earl Grey cheesecake, earl Grey 味好濃，蛋糕個texture 係半凝固狀態，好creamy, 幾好食～～
