To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今晚同屋企人食飯，見我阿媽未試過，所以帶佢去試下。啲野食好大眾化，個白咖哩豬扒飯好多人食，不過我阿媽唔係好鍾意食咖喱，所以我哋冇叫到白咖喱豬扒飯，反而試咗第個石鍋豆腐煲。先來個韓國柚子雞翼，酸味啱啱好，唔會太個酸，而雞翼都幾大隻。之後叫咗個煙肉溫泉蛋沙律，溫泉蛋好大隻，配埋他他像一齊食，好好味。之後叫咗個煙肉溫泉蛋沙律，溫泉蛋好大隻，配埋它長一齊食，好好味。叫咗個蟹黃豆腐石鍋煲，配埋薄餅，好好食，蟹黃味很重。
