To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶爾想食米線，通常都會去雲桂香，因為佢個湯底同米線都好好味今日我叫左佢嘅小鍋米線，走芽菜，走酸菜同走辣，要清湯。餸就要豬頸肉，豬軟骨同金菇菜佢真係好大碗，餸都好多，好足料，一碗54蚊黎講真係抵食佢個豬軟骨好入味，又軟，加埋米線真心好食豬頸肉厚厚嘅一片，非常香，同米線好夾佢個米線份量好多，又軟又滑，襯埋佢個湯食好溫和而且我好鍾意佢加左莞茜，令到成碗米線香左，生色不少少外賣前可以打電話去叫定，唔洗等咁耐我咁多要求，外賣姨姨都無出錯，真係唔錯
