幾經波折,又限聚又疫症,約咗好耐終於食到朋友話全港最貴嘅omakase,仲要食三點,afternoon tea時間食dinner,不過唔緊要啦,有得食就得呢間日本菜主要sell服務,員工仲多過客,嗰日客有六個,師傅都成五六個,侍應有三個。每上一款時,其中一個師傅都會用英文解釋這款的名稱、產地和烹調方法,然後全部師傅會90度鞠躬請我們起筷,感覺非常專業其實每款都很好吃,雖然唔係特別矜貴嘅食材,但質素很高。比較好食的有頭盤鮑魚,炆煮了四個小時,入口非常淋非常入味。最岀色的是墨魚壽司,超級鮮和爽口,真係未食過咁好食嘅墨魚不過最令我驚訝嘅係,我們一行四人,共飲了6個啤酒,一瓶180ml sake,加咗兩個tuna roll,本身一個餐4千加埋一4千4蚊,結果張單3萬6,每人9千蚊埋單可能個tuna roll好貴,特登開條大吞拿魚切少少岀來整兩個roll,一舊就要收一個餐嘅價錢朋友埋完單走咗我先知道,唔係當時問下都好,唔使而家估估下。。。好食就好食,但真係貴咗啲
