To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好好飲嘅沙爹湯底

堅尼地城屬於舊社區，雖然已有唔少新樓盤，但仍有濃濃舊社區人情味。有口碑小店，老店不少，每個星期假期總愛到這裡尋味。今次到市政大廈熟食市場，感覺這裡餐廳應該都是街坊老口味。見到有幾枱人都食沙爹牛即食麵，就是這種香噴噴香港味😋，坐低點了沙爹牛通，熱華田，感覺像略到小時候。望望餐牌，有好幾種沙爹菜式，隨了沙爹湯低粉麵，仲有沙爹牛飯，沙爹牛濕炒河。似乎沙爹是此店特色。沙爹牛通賣相同一般茶記有少少唔同，唔係一pat沙爹汁牛肉撻上湯通炒上面，係成碗湯底係濃沙爹沙底，一口飲啖湯，哇～好滾熱辣，飲完一啖忍唔住再飲，佢唔算濃到杰撻撻，飲入口順喉，夠沙爹香，惹味。最怕沙爹甜味重，呢度嘅口味我鍾意。牛肉係有咬口嗰種，有牛味，無俾梳打粉醃到無肉味。有住家感覺。食完同自己講，一定會再黎試埋其他沙爹菜色😋
