To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好姊妹聚會

又到我哋一班好姊妹聚會嘅時間，今次響openrice嗰度，揀咗邊一間未去過嘅新餐廳！雖然第一次嚟，因為路線指示得好清楚，所以好快就搵到啦！餐廳大約有10張枱左右，可能因為我地早到，所以都唔係咁多人。因為我地仲有個朋友未到，所以我地坐响到傾計，大概坐咗成個鐘，朋友先至到，但係呢度D侍應都無吹我地落單，服務態度和藹可親！食物質素好，朋友話樣樣都好好味，價錢又合理！全間餐廳咩都好係個抽氣系統好差，D油煙味勁到，成晚响度做緊人肉抽油煙機，返到屋企要由頭洗到腳，都覺得有味個袋4日都有油煙味凍咗食都好好味其實我地叫咗6樣嘢，樣樣都好食，只係唔記得影相就食晒希望我地有機會再嚟嘅時候，抽油煙系統會有改善
