係香港比較少地方有得食俄羅斯菜,而上海派既俄羅斯菜仲少有!內裡裝修都好骨緻,當然唔少得俄羅斯娃娃咩係上海派既俄羅斯西餐?餐紙上面都有介紹要講返1917年既「十月革命」有部分皇室成員同埋廚師逃亡去到上海定居,後來食譜流入民間所以就出現左海派俄國菜,當中既俄國菜融入左上海風味,亦叫做「上海西餐」。而呢間餐廳既店主自小就成日飲羅宋湯,店主父親葉師傅就係五、六十年代著名既羅宋大菜餐館既大廚,店主都想將呢個傳統海派俄國菜重現香港,所以就開左呢間餐廳佢既MENU都會詳細下俄羅斯有關既背景、歷史,亦有介紹當中某啲特色菜式有影哂佢既餐牌,不過放唔哂上黎上海派招牌羅宋湯 $58餐牌上都有介紹上海派羅宋湯同一般既有咩唔同,正宗既羅宋湯有兩款,一款係以甜菜為主料,加入薯仔、紅蘿蔔、菠菜、牛肉塊、奶油等去熱製,會呈紫紅色;而另一款就以蕃茄做主料,甜菜做輔料,又或者唔加甜菜,而係加蕃茄醬,所以會呈橙色或者綠色。而上海派既羅宋湯都經過左改良,一黎上海唔適合種紅菜頭,二黎怕上海人唔習慣酸酸尾尾既味道,所以上海派既羅宋湯係用左捲心菜代替紅菜頭,同埋用上蕃茄醬增加甜味,湯底顏色亦係我地依家飲既橙紅色,就係我地家陣飲既紅

,亦有幾塊牛肉塊,煮得頗稔身,入口先係少少蕃茄酸,繼而就係甜味,而且味道都好濃郁,絕對唔係出面果啲溝水,而係真材實料

亦都試左同樣好出名既牛尾湯,望睇同羅宋湯冇乜分別,但就用左牛尾去煮熬,飲落去會覺得肉味出少少同埋比起羅宋湯冇咁酸,我個人中意飲呢個!

第一次食俄式酸凍魚,旁邊有自家製既醬汁沙律,酸酸地好開胃,而俄式酸凍魚既味道就好似食緊PIZZA咁!都係用上茄膏調味,食起上黎都係酸酸甜甜既味,再配上凍魚,做餐前小食非常不錯

父親大人點左7成熟,不過上枱見到大約得5成左右,但個人其實都食開5成,所以冇咩影響。羊架肥瘦參半,肉質嫰滑,羊羶味岩岩好,骨肉都容易分離,5成熟果然岩我口味

原來係汁上,個汁望落係淺橙色,食落甘荀、紅蘿蔔味較出,比較清清地,而牛柳絲質感都軟熟,唔會係好乾好韌果啲,配上白飯瞬間就被清空~


唔算點左好多野食,埋單每人$250左右,正常西餐價錢,但係係香港食到上海派既俄羅斯西餐就係好有特色同比較特別,店員亦好有禮貌、招呼周到,呢餐都食到好開心
