今日同fd黎到食間麥田廚房食俄國菜其實唔知俄國菜同其他西餐有咩分別都係叫左正常既野食, 哈哈就係俄式串燒牛柳同燒肉眼配燒汁要試下俄式既串燒牛柳同其他有咩分別先~俄式串燒牛柳佢一舊牛柳格住一個青椒咁樣感覺唔會淨係食肉好似健康D咁~之後我個FD就叫左依個燒肉眼配燒汁好多肉汁, 同埋最重要係一D都唔硬如果2種比較既話燒肉眼好食D同特別D~因為出面好多時都得牛柳食但燒肉眼就唔係成日有得食再加上佢配埋個燒汁, 味道就更加昇華 continue reading

第一次食俄國菜，羅宋湯好濃，胡椒味同個湯好夾，係呢到既招牌之一。至於肉眼扒就煮得好林身，基本上唔洗配燒汁都已經好好味，反而燒汁有少少搶左牛扒既鮮味。最後有個銀雪魚柳，彈牙，而且煎得好香脆。最鍾意係個魚柳，比平時食既更爽更彈牙。雖然本身未試過俄國菜，但我都好鍾意佢整佢來既食物既味道。 continue reading
