朋友推介我黎呢間尖咀新開的好川好菜。呢度有得食我至愛的酸菜魚,仲要非一般的酸菜魚。餐廳有兩層,當日被安排坐在2/F 的位置。中國風的裝潢與新派川菜結合。餐廳用平板電腦展示餐牌及自助下單。環保又方便。花雕醉乳鴿$98醉乳鴿有半隻, 酒香甘甜,唯乳鴿份量偏小。雞絲粉皮 $68雞絲切成粗條,份量都幾多。麻醬好香濃,味道帶甜。招牌涼麵 $58當晚最有驚喜就呢碟涼麵,雖則攤放一段時間,但依然涼麵條條分明唔會痴住晒。加入蔥花、蝦米同川式調味。麵條纖幼,入口爽滑彈牙,正!酸菜沙巴龍躉 $328 除左做成酸菜龍躉片外,仍保留原條有頭有尾龍躉本人夠霸氣。龍躉魚皮煙韌Q彈,肉厚彈牙。魚骨較粗唔驚甘易嗑親。調味屬重口味派系,偏辣一點。干鍋魚春魚鰾 $138魚春同魚卜兩種截然不同的口感結合,令層次更豐富。魚春經高溫炸過更香口,魚卜爽滑彈牙,調味唔算好辣,滋味係窮。
