To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地叫咗2碗酸辣粉+2餸。1碗轉麻辣，佢只係麻辣燙既湯加少少辣醬係面。辣味有但完全冇麻味...另一個係酸辣粉+餸，食食下就覺得有d 怪，點解同我上次食個麻辣燙一樣味？問職員佢話我叫左麻辣燙，我再俾張單佢睇我係要酸辣粉，佢就即刻話係酸辣粉😡。咁點解唔酸既？佢答我個湯同麻辣燙一樣，個酸係醋，要自己拎支醋落...個味完全唔係酸辣粉‼️咁麻辣燙同酸辣粉有咩唔同呢？係酸辣粉多左一茶匙既肉碎同榨菜。咁價錢呢，麻辣燙就$5 or $8 餸+麵$10.酸辣粉就係個麵+一茶匙肉碎+榨菜$28, 另加$5 or $8 餸。我碗麵叫麻辣燙就$23, 叫酸辣粉（只係多左少少肉碎同榨菜）就$41.
