To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜啲好似會打風，朋友話是但喺附近快啲食完返屋企啦，路過呢間街坊小店，大家話想試吓（我就唔係幾想，睇落好似麻麻地)，估唔到有驚喜。豉椒炒蟶子王非常好食，蟶子王好肥美，火候剛剛好，調味適中唔會好咸，大家一致覺得最好食係呢一樣。美極煎大蝦係亞軍，蝦好新鮮啲肉好彈牙，好香美極味。另外推介椒鹽雞軟骨，不過太好食啦，一上枱大家就搶著食，所以冇影相。雖然環境真係麻麻哋，不過整體食物質素係有驚喜嘅，好大碟，性價比高，值得再幫襯。
