朋友就Happy Friday,我就Busy Friday,今日外出工作完就要趕返公司工作和開會,全日只吃了一個黑麻蓉包和飲了杯鮮奶咖啡,其實肚子不停打鼓,但頂硬上......幸好不是漫長會議,一完便馬上離開公司去醫肚,吃頓Early Dinner。又想醫肚,又想休息,就在家附近覓食,趁時間尚早,馬上走去「德美壽司」,估計不用排隊等位,果然即入座。餐廳環境光猛,樓底高,空間感強。設有兩排泊牆的長櫈配二至四人枱,中間有行長枱,入一點就有張“L”形的大壽司吧枱,座位不算多。有三份餐牌和一本厚餐簿,清晰精美。餐牌分別有飲品、晚巿定食和二人餐,而餐簿就是單點菜式,有薄切、刺身、壽司、軍艦、火炙、花之戀、三色壽司、大盛、五點盛合、卷物、小卷、手卷、丼物、前菜、沙律、漬物珍味、串燒、燒物、天婦羅、炸物、一品料理、碗物、鍋物、麵類、御飯、飲品和甜品,很多選擇。*************************第一時間看中晚巿定食,均配湯、沙律和甜品,貪其又豐富又實惠。在九款晚巿定食中揀了三色魚生丼 Triple Sashimi Rice ($118)。湯和沙律齊上,雜沙律菜清爽,拌入酸咪咪的和風醋汁

湯和沙律齊上,雜沙律菜清爽,拌入酸咪咪的和風醋汁,開胃醒神,還配上一片柔軟的煙三文魚,帶有煙燻鹹鮮味,味道略鹹,但伴着清新的沙律同吃就剛好。麵豉湯味道剛好,並不會如平時所喝的偏鹹。湯內有香滑的豆腐和爽滑的昆布,還添加了些洋蔥,不錯!

三色魚生丼亦隨即上枱,雖要求少飯,但都幾有份量。飯面舖刺身,中間還有一隻溫泉蛋,以蟹籽和花瓣作裝飾,賣相很美!先輕輕把溫泉蛋刺開,鮮黃的蛋汁馬上湧出,隨即滲入米飯中。舀起一羹,有驚喜!原來米飯中加了香菇和紫菜,真係不簡單,再沾上鮮香的蟹籽、蛋汁和滑溜的蛋白,美味得很!

三色刺身有三文魚、油甘魚和帶子各三件,厚度適中,同樣色澤亮麗。三文魚油脂分佈平均,肥美油潤,鮮味十足;油甘魚充滿魚油香色,肉質柔軟帶微爽,味道鮮美;帶子就柔軟鮮甜,不錯!

鹽燒鯖魚就吃唔少,麵豉醬煮鯖魚 Stewed Mackerel w/Miso Paste ($60)就少吃。嘩!不只兩大件鯖魚咁簡單,還有一隻鮮香的雞蛋、清甜的甘荀、清爽的蘆筍和兩大隻弄得入味的冬菇,好驚喜滿足!

鯖魚還霧着熱煙,熱辣辣最吸引。先燒再煮,肉質紮實,但絕不嚡身,以麵豉醬烹調,不會乾身,弄得入味,鹹鮮有至,還甜甜地,挺美味,喜歡!

定食雖配有沙律,但又怎能滿足我這位菜王?要來一客雙果沙律,即是牛油果沙律加芒果 Avocado Salad add Mango ($44+$10),兩者同時是我們所愛吃。沙律面除了有牛油果粒和芒果粒外,中間又有隻溫泉蛋,灑上花瓣,添些和風色彩。

吃前先拌勻,清新爽嫩的雜沙律菜拌入酸咪咪的和風汁和鮮香的蛋汁,味道不錯,最喜歡當然是青香翠綠的牛油果和香甜多汁的芒果,前者有少少生,但後者熟度就剛好,幸好加了它,令這客沙律添美味。
