To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 估唔到經過上環, 一個好簡單嘅叉燒滑蛋蝦仁飯 咁好食, 我都係之前聽人講過咁啱去試下, 佢啲叉燒係好食, 啲肉又淋又滑但係又唔會好肥 , 啲蛋又香又滑, 原來係日本蛋唔怪得, 成本都貴, 啲蝦確實爽口彈牙( 有三大隻), 加埋佢哋特製 甜豉油, 爭啲唔記得講佢啲米 粒粒分明, 堅得, $66 包熱飲大大碟, 都算係咁 .我同朋友一齊,佢唔食蝦, 所以佢齋叫叉燒滑蛋飯 加凍柚子蜜, 我就配咗杯薑汁奶茶, 奶茶嘅香滑加埋薑汁味原來幾好飲, 唔錯唔錯! 呢度 啲侍應 禮貌細心 ,好過x牛, 我覺得啲蛋仲香滑啲添, 呢間真係可以再試!
