3個人食晚餐 星期日晚見到呢間新餐廳就入去試試 因為我好中意食片皮鴨佢啲菜式好精美 唔會大大份。叫左個鴨肝紅酒醋梨,必食係冷盤,好好味,唔會膩7點幾8點去到 好彩仲有半隻北京烤鴨淨!佢仲有一款慢烤既鴨要提早3日預訂 聽說係加香橙汁慢烤 似fushion野,仲會比北京烤鴨更juicy更肥,但皮會更脆。 我自己會就覺得北京烤鴨更吸引皮係脆又唔肥 唔會好油膩。好好食重點係佢包片皮鴨啲皮都好好食 同平時食個啲唔同!有少少似超薄的水晶皮,唔係好麵粉個種。頭抽海中蝦$2xx 3隻 但好好食!超大隻,個蝦頭好多汁仲有荔枝奶凍都要試仲叫左法式鴨松,海鮮鴨湯泡飯好足料同尖椒豬腩片。但呢3個唔一定要食。
