去咗佐敦買嘢,又忽然好想食燒肉,揾吓揾吓,行咗入去近DGS嘅後街,就見到呢間燒肉店,好肚餓,叫咗兩個燒肉定食,分別係豚腩肉同美國安格斯小牛排,仲可以要飯或稻庭手打烏冬,我就要咗飯,仲有加前菜、蒸蛋、麵鼓湯添,朋友就要咗烏冬個蒸蛋好滑,有冬菇同魚旦,至於個烏冬,我都試咗少少,都不錯,好滑,又彈牙,不過唔知點解,食燒肉我都係喜歡跟飯,個飯加埋燒肉嘅肉汁特別好味豚腩肉同牛小排一同上枱,店員好好,一邊示範一邊教我哋點燒,原來係要燒豚腩肉先,等佢嘅油燒出來先,咁就無咁黏,唔怕燒焦鹽燒豚腩肉 ($108)腩肉响燒嘅期間會不斷出油,都容易搶火,薄薄嘅腩肉,燒到啲肥膏位微焦帶金黃色就食得,燒完一邊反去另一邊,入口嫩滑,肉質鮮美,外表仲有些脆,好好味呀!!!!美國prime牛小排 ($138)得到店員嘅教導,終於知道點燒,原來燒小排係要燒完一邊燒一邊,見到佢出血水之後就反轉再燒,燒到無血水就食得,雖然厚身,但一啲都唔韌,肉質鮮嫩,油脂分佈平均,入口即溶食完唔夠喉,再叫多兩隻虎蝦特大緬甸虎蝦 ($130一隻)隻蝦大得誇張,大到同個爐差不多大,真係唔識燒,好彩有店員幫。隻蝦已經開咗邊,洗乾淨,店員好熟手咁,

隻蝦大得誇張,大到同個爐差不多大,真係唔識燒,好彩有店員幫。隻蝦已經開咗邊,洗乾淨,店員好熟手咁,燒完一邊又一邊,左反右反,終於有得食,用刀义輕輕力就剝到殼,好爽口,又彈牙,蝦味香濃
