To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近沙田好多間分店好似都冇咩冰冰賣成日得粒粒紅斗勁唔開心昨天路過呢間大家樂竟然有我最喜歡的珍珠奶茶(而且仲有其他冰冰~只是沒有雪糕的那2款!)即時開心到我立即等下午茶食~~果刻真是很開心呢~不過可能是多客關係吧,我叫了個鴨米珍珠奶茶鴨不太多，而且每件不太大件....幸好當時不太肚餓才夠食~果度服務態度唔錯架~成日多好多客堂食,但就有客務/經理幫手找位比你~0的阿姐執野都幾快手哩~不過間野細左d,燒味部排隊成日塞住阿姐收集執野果度的地方~不太方便大家~如果間野好似以前咁大間就好了~~~
