To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好懷念的湖南味道

今天七一假期，唔知食咩好，上網揾新嘢食，結果找到呢間新開湖南米粉店不得不説正，好正宗做湖南口味，同在湖南食到一個味，超開心，猪肉粉罩子是紅燒肉的味，甜甜的軟軟的，的粉同湖南一樣是手工河粉，好軟，封關三年了，太掛住湖南味道，過來香港幾十年終于可以解饞。臭豆腐$8/塊，勁平，又完全正宗湖南味，好多湖南餐廳要$100以上一碟牛肉粉，的牛肉也很新鮮，冇雪櫃味，朋友叫做鷄雜味，好有彈性，味道好濃郁，食得出食材新鮮，才賣5-60一碗，好平.平時食得太多好伏的餐廳，出太多差評，今天終于食返次物超所值的食物，太好味，千萬保持水准！！！
