To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 9月1日去咗中大感受一下開學既氣氛,好青春啊!之後相約咗朋友仔去九龍灣打算睇戲,考慮到今日係禮拜五,夜晚一定好多人食飯,為咗唔想同人爭位,而朋友琴晚通完頂啱啱起身未食野,而且下午茶應該會更便宜,所以我地決定改睇下一場次,填飽咗個肚先!於是乎,我地就行去德福二期睇下有咩好食!見到有牛角,諗起燒肉,突然間好想走去食!點知朋友唔食牛,即刻以為要改去第二間,但係牛角除咗可以燒牛肉之外,仲有雞同埋豚肉既,所以朋友話冇問題既時候,我地就行入呢間餐廳啦!地方好闊落,好明顯唔係晚飯時間,入面冇咩人!係出面見唔到有下午茶MENU,所以入到去問店員有冇下午茶既時候,店員好緊張咁答︰「我地五點截單,宜家仲有五分鐘,所以要即刻落單!」佢即刻帶咗我地入座,然後就俾咗份LUNCH MENU俾我地,我地諗都冇時間諗,即刻點咗燒肉餐。一點完餐,店員又好緊張咁問駛唔駛追加牛角飯,要就宜家落埋,會後上,見佢地為我地緊張埋一份,好好啊,所以我地即刻落埋每人加多一碗。好快就黎咗迷你沙律,撈匀D醬、粟米同埋沙律菜,清新開胃。昆布湯就一般啦!朋友唔食牛,所以點咗雞腿肉+豚肉,燒雞腿肉既時候,D雞皮燒到出哂雞油,好搶火。朋友話雖然

因為朋友唔食牛,我要清楚咁劃分個爐一人一半~XD
雖然自己平時整野食唔叻,但係我今次燒得好好!豬頸肉燒到外表好脆,肉質又好爽口,得四舊真係少得制,不過下午茶算係咁啦!

而腹胸肉唔需要燒到全熟,外表燒到有網紋,內𥚃有少許微紅,食落去唔會太韌,而且好有牛味,好正!

牛角飯(+$18)就係普通白飯,加醬汁,再係上面有紫菜鋪面,撈匀黎食好好味!追加既牛肉飯冇後上,一次過黎咗兩碗,不過都冇所謂,張四人枱有位擺。平時唔鍾意食飯既我,今次食到兩碗!

最後可以飲杯餐茶,解一解口中燒肉帶黎既油膩既感覺。朋友因為係嗰幾日,所以叫咗杯熱檸水。

我就叫咗杯凍檸茶,甜度可以由自己控制。

呢餐真係好正,仲要下午茶個價錢係午餐價打個七折(再加一),真係抵到喊!我地食完走出餐廳就見到商場開始多人搵食啦!即刻覺得我地今次醒目咗,唔駛等之餘,仲要食平咗!^^
