To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在假期前一天,我們一行五人去了牛角叮晚餐,選擇了超值的2人餐,真是一個明智的決定。因為我是銀卡會員,只需$499就能享用這套餐,性價比非常高。套餐包含了前菜、燒肉與海鮮盛合,以及牛角飯,而主菜中的黑毛和牛牛肋肉,油花分布均勻,肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,搭配秘傳醬汁的牛胸腹,味道惹味,令人垂涎。每一口都充滿了滿足感,讓人忍不住想要再來一份。雞腿肉則相當甘香脆嫩,烤得恰到好處,讓人一口接一口,根本停不下來。除了套餐,我們還額外點了石鍋日本牛旨味飯,飯粒吸收了肉汁,香氣四溢,吃上一口就如同置身於日本的美味之中。黑毛和牛旨味湯烏冬的湯頭濃郁,烏冬彈牙,雖然牛肉略硬了一些,但整體口感仍然讓人感到滿意。此外,三味上級牛頸內脊更是一大亮點,肉質滑嫩,超美味,讓我們每個人都讚不絕口。 continue reading

點了黑毛和牛套餐,大概$500 ,和牛有根,牛舌太硬,感覺十分不值。服務一般般,職員把餸菜一次過送上出來,由於二人枱不夠位置放,我們要求換枱,可是不成功。經過再次要求,我們最終可以更換。以前花錢買會籍,打算用$50 coupon,可是職員要求正價食品才能用上。我最初入會時沒有這麼說的,我相信大部份顧客多選套餐免動腦筋,那麼coupon變廢紙嗎?下次一定不會再花顧,不斷被拒絕。That’s why we don’t spend money on such restaurant. continue reading

今日出面落大雨,只好同朋友留係商場行下順便食個午餐。適逢咁岩係星期一 牛角會員有八五折優惠 就去食個午餐午市黎講唔算多人,等左一陣就有位。由於晏晝唔係咁想食燒肉,我就試左佢既石鍋泡菜豆腐海鮮配牛角飯。一上黎個石鍋就熱辣辣睇得出岩岩整好,岩哂今日天氣涼涼地食。湯汁有好重既泡菜味同海鮮味,配上牛角飯都好好夾不過始終比較多泡菜,整體口味偏重,但又唔會話好油膩、亦都唔會會話好辣,都唔錯。最後折完埋單先80蚊左右,午餐黎講好抵食 continue reading

我最近在呢間餐廳用餐的經驗真是令人失望。首先分配座位制度非常有問題,本身冇book位,但當日咁飛等只須要等兩位,但中途不斷比已book枱人士攝位,導致明明餐廳有不少空位,但攝下攝下成30分鐘後先到我哋此外,服務質量極差。服務員態度冷淡且不耐煩,樓面明顯人手不足,會導致場面極度混亂。點菜後,等待的時間非常長。菜品的味道即不過不失餐廳的環境也不太理想,staff忙到飛起,很多客人都有少少燥總的來說,這次用餐經驗讓我感到非常失望。服務質量差、人手問題都讓我對這家餐廳的印象大打折扣。 continue reading
