To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早已聽過大名鼎鼎嘅華星冰室,舅父成日都同我講一定要試佢個校長多士但係公主我公司附近嘅華星午餐時間長期有人排隊,仲唔係少人喎,點等呀?今次一於同同事要去食佢個lunch先得,當然如果多人我地都諗住放棄不過真係好好彩,我地一去到就排頭位,仲要唔洗兩分鐘我地就有位坐喇叉燒湯意茶記質數嘅叉燒同湯意咁嘅湯啦,唔咸但夠味,都幾好,但意粉真係好滑,𠽌一下就啜晒入口,正!公主我最鍾意就係將隻太陽蛋撈埋落湯度,等每條意粉都沾到蛋汁,充滿濃濃嘅蛋黃味 校長多士呢個就係大名鼎鼎嘅校長多士,我地坐果個位完全睇晒個製作過程先響厚厚嘅多士搽上一大pat黑松露醬,然後再舖上芝士再拎去焗,嘩~睇見都好想食食落口多士好脆卜卜,黑松露味係有嘅,不過當然唔係好勁好靚,但咁嘅價錢絕對抵食最緊要係芝士都係焗到好香口,夾埋一齊真係幾好食!總結:其實淨係個餐都已經好飽仲要有嘢飲,食埋個校長多士真係飽到無朋友呀,超滿足
