慢煮技術越來越普遍,好處係烹調中唔會流質食物營養纖維,keep到原汁原味!呢間新森林焗之專門店一向以做焗飯為主,最近推出咗一系列慢煮菜式,繼上個月嘅鴨脾後,今次有呢份慢煮原隻春雞。燒春雞食得多,慢煮春雞真係第一次,慢煮完全唔肥膩,係健康啲!切開肉質係偏紅色,生熟程度剛剛好,當中雞胸雞髀部份最嫩滑多汁,不過略嫌爭咁啲醬汁,好似寡咗啲!跟埋招牌芝士焗飯,真係好豐富!如果食量唔算大,建議兩人sharing就啱啱好!
