To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

那天4點幾先肚餓，就來呢度食咗個下午茶單拼麵餐 (HK$27起)，可以從餐牌上的9款餸、9款麵、5款湯汁和10多款飲品選擇，真係好多選擇👏🏻店內環境都坐得好闊落和乾淨，店員都係長者，好友善。單拼麵餐 (HK$33)．最後揀咗雙拼餃子、瑞士汁、米粉配凍檸茶．餃子可以雙拼，一次過食晒椰菜餃 (黑木耳、椰菜、豬肉) 和韭菜餃 (韭菜和豬肉)．餃子皮薄餡靚和新鮮，菜和肉的比例平均，我食到爽脆鮮甜菜和軟彈多汁的豬肉😋．米粉也好味，不過捻不過硬，煮得剛剛好，米粉會掛汁，吸晒啲瑞士汁，正呀😋．凍檸茶，4片檸檬，茶香濃零澀味，爽😄
